Robert Mynatt

After a degree in Forest Resource Management, Rob went to work for US Trust/Bank of America Private Bank in their Timber Investment Division. During this role, Rob gained valuable experience managing timberland for ROI across the southeast for large private ownerships. Rob has held a real estate license since 2004 and has closed millions of dollars of transactions across the southeastern United States. Rob founded Scout Land Company as a means to fulfill a lifelong goal of working within the niche of land under his own flagship. Scout performs brokerage duties in multiple states, valuation services, and forestry and land management.
