Rondene, born in New Jersey, and raised in the small Town of Chittenden Vermont. Her real estate career began as a loan clerk, to a loan operations manager in Hanover New Hampshire. Then moving provided the opportunity to work as a mortgage office manager processing and closing in Kailua-Kona Hawaii. Years later she took a position in new construction luxury track housing as an escrow coordinator in Las Vegas Nevada which brought her through the experience of the shifts in residential real estate in 2008. She then found herself captivated with a very large commercial REIT as an acquisition’s analyst in Chicago Illinois. All that experience brought her into residential, land, and commercial resales back here at home again, close to family, serving Buyers
