Ross Zelinsky

Ross Zelinsky is an Associate Land Agent with Peoples Company, a leading firm in farmland brokerage, management, appraisal, and investment. With a focus on land brokerage, Ross has been an essential part of an internal brokerage team by helping facilitate over 100 million in real estate transactions each year since 2021.

Ross is here to help his clients effectively market their properties through a variety of channels, including public auctions, listings, and off-market transactions. Using Peoples Company's renowned design team, Ross ensures that each property has a customized marketing campaign that maximizes its exposure and value.

Before joining the land brokerage team at Peoples Company, Ross worked with a large and highly profitable farming operation in central Iowa, assisting in the planting and harvest of a vast number of acres. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Business and Liberal Studies.

Outside of Peoples Company, Ross works to constantly improve and maintain his family farm in Carlisle, Iowa. Researching the highest and best practices to maintain a sustainable farm and be a good steward of the land.
