Sara Curran

A Southern Iowa native for more than 40 years, Sara brings a deep understanding of Iowa’s rural landscape to every transaction. Before joining Peoples Company, she spent nine years as an elementary school teacher, where she developed patience, attention to detail, proactive communication, and a strong commitment to advocacy—all qualities she now applies to serving her clients.

As a Land Agent, Sara is dedicated to working diligently in her clients’ best interests, guiding them through each step of the buying or selling process. She is a proud member of the Des Moines Area Association of REALTORS®, the Iowa Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, and is licensed to sell real estate in Iowa.

When she isn’t assisting clients, Sara enjoys farm life and spending time with her three children. She and her husband, Adam, live on their family farm in Lucas County.
