• I'll be gentle but blatantly honest if the market won't bear what you want for your home. We can look at alternative ideas.
• I will go look at properties without you and report in or send you videos. After I get to know your druthers, there are many houses that I will know what you are looking for and save you some valuable time.

What I try to do is figure out what makes you happy.

What I don't try to do is "sell" you something.

If your home is for sell, let's look at the current market and figure out the sweet spot that will get offers rolling in - the goldilocks effect - not too high, not too low, JUST right.
