Shantae Williams

I’m a Marine veteran who spent the majority of my 20-year career in Beaufort. I have lived and traveled all over the world throughout my career. However, Beaufort is the only place that I ever truly felt at home. I fell in love with the low country, its small-town atmosphere, southern architecture, and its diverse coastal beauty. My time in the military has made me well versed in various aspects of real estate. I’ve experienced everything from renting, purchasing, and selling to the often challenging relocation process. I enjoy helping my military brothers and sisters and have taken time to become a Certified Military Relocation Specialist. I understand firsthand the challenges they face during the home buying/selling process. Serving my clients is more than just a business transaction; it is a joy and the foundation of friendships that will continue long after the property has been sold.
