Sharyl Pickens

Sharyl Pickens has been in the real estate industry since 1984, becoming licensed in Oklahoma in 1991. She moved to full time focus in 2008. She created her own brokerage in 2013 and in 2024 became the franchise owner of Realty ONE Group Champion. Her burning desire is to help her agents provide for their families. It is her commitment to them that drives her passion to create streams of business and income on their behalf. Sharyl believes that her responsibility as a broker involves taking the necessary steps to elevate their brand, solidify their community involvement, and be the connector to opportunity. Teamwork and collaboration are cornerstones for Sharyl, and she desires to hear everyone's perspective. Giving a voice to all participants is critical.
