While possessing a number of valuable character traits, two of Susan Miku's most prominent are that she is first and foremost, a person of high integrity; and secondly, she is a "people person." She genuinely enjoys people, and so, is very intentional about helping her clients find or sell a home. It is her desire to be helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As such, she has worked to acquire the ABR® Designation, SRS Designation®, MRP Certification, and e_PRO® Certifications from The National Association of REALTORS®, REBAC (Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council), and REBI (Real Estate Business Institute). Susan has over 30 years experience in Sales, Property Management, Customer Service Management, and Client Relations Consulting. All of these have helped shape and focus her expertise and core values in serving her clients in real estate.
