Sylvia Simpson

Sylvia brings more than 40 years of real estate sales experience to her clients. A native of Lancaster, she began her real estate career in 1979. In 1988, she founded Simpson and Williams Realtors, later selling the company to Allen Tate in 1999. She continued with Allen Tate as broker-in-charge until 2003.

Sylvia’s deep knowledge of the Grand Strand market comes from decades of firsthand experience. She enjoyed a second home at the beach beginning in 1988 before becoming a permanent resident in 2005. In 2007, she joined Watermark Real Estate Group, where she continues to actively assist buyers seeking property along the Grand Strand as well as sellers ready to make a change. With expertise spanning more than 60 miles of coastline and inland communities, Sylvia offers unmatched local insight and trusted guidance.
