Tim Gangl

Tim Gangl is a Land Agent with Peoples Company in Minnesota and an Associate Broker nationally. Since joining in 2024, he’s focused on land sales, agricultural properties, auctions, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Before real estate, Tim owned a transportation brokerage and a trucking company; later, he started an aftermarket auto-parts business. He prioritizes service and relationships, believing that clients’ trust is his most important asset.

He and his wife Patti live on their 80-acre farm north of Mantorville, Minnesota, where he enjoys old cars, tractors, and simply being with his family. Tim holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota and has completed specialized RLI training in areas like land investment and environmental assets.
