Travis Kelly has an expansive background in real estate, business, and related industry experience. Travis’s unique skill sets, attention to details, wide-ranging experience, and commitment to finding solutions is an asset to his clients, whether a transaction is simple or highly complex. In 2024 alone, Travis engaged in real estate projects in over ten different California Counties, closing 15 transactions as a Realtor, and, additionally assisting numerous others including private sales, company acquisitions, asset liquidations, and as counsel on behalf of private equity and corporate clients.

Travis additionally maintains consultancy and advisory roles in real estate-related litigation, from landlord-tenant actions to easement and access disputes, to breach of contract matters. Travis also maintains an ongoing role as a Hearing Officer making final written administrative decisions on behalf of seventeen different municipalities.
