Zeb Guinn

Zeb joined Peoples Company in 2024 and plays an active role in all aspects of land brokerage and auctions. Raised on a multi-generational cattle and row-crop farm in Moulton, Iowa, Zeb comes from a long line of farmers—his family has operated the same land for over 150 years.

Today, he remains directly involved in the cow/calf and row-crop operations of his family’s heritage farm. Zeb and his wife, Tara, live on their own farm with their four children: EilaRose, Evelyn, Everett, and Edson. When he's not working with clients, managing the farm, or tending to cattle, Zeb enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

With a strong work ethic shaped by a lifetime in agriculture, Zeb brings unmatched dedication and attention to detail to every transaction.
