ListHub syndication setup

Syndicate your listings to LandSearch quickly and easily through ListHub—it's free and only takes a few clicks if your MLS is supported.

Only the broker in charge can add or remove syndication partners. Listing agents can view current syndications but cannot make changes.

If your listings are in HAR or Unlock MLS, follow these steps.

• New to ListHub? Your broker needs to register for free.
• Already registered? Skip to step 3.

If you have listings in multiple MLSs, a separate account is required for each.

1. Ensure you're registering as the broker, not a listing agent.
2. If your MLS doesn't appear in the dropdown, it may not be supported—you can request an unsupported MLS.
3. If you have multiple offices, enter all MLS office codes to ensure ListHub pulls your complete inventory.

1. In your ListHub dashboard, click "Publishers", then "Publisher Choices".
2. Check the box next to "LandSearch".
3. Save your changes.

• New accounts: Allow up to 7 business days for configuration and listings to begin feeding.
• Existing accounts: Listings typically appear within 48 hours.

1. Log into your HAR dashboard.
2. Select "Third Party Tools", then the "ListHub" link.

• New to ListHub? Complete step 1 from the standard setup above.
• Already registered? Login to your ListHub account.

1. In your ListHub account, go to "Settings", then "Affiliate Codes".
2. Enter affiliate code: LANDSEARCH
3. Click "Publishers", then "Publisher Choices".
4. Check "LandSearch" and click "Add Selected".

Your listings should appear on LandSearch within 48 hours.
