From Alamosa: Head north on US 17 to Lane 6 N, just past the town of Mosca. Turn right to head east until you get to CO HWY 150 and turn right (south) to the entrance of Zapata. Turn left (east) and once through the gate (you will need a licensed broker to show you the property since Zapata is a gated community) Crosstimber Lane is about a mile up the road on the right. Parcels are on the left (west) side of the road.
