The owner of this property told me that the HOA has a goal of March 15, 2024 to have all the owners in Calmont Estates to sign a petition allowing Calhoun County to take over & maintain all the roads in Calmont Estates including Calmont Drive, Kas Court, Winners Court, & Divinci Road.
