At 1 mile, turn to the left (W) onto 13th St. At 1 mile, turn N and follow that jog around for .2 mile until it rejoins with 13th St. Turn right (W) and continue on 13th for 1 mile. Turn left (S) onto Seneca Ave. Drive for .5 mile and then turn right (W) onto 11th St. The property begins at about .25 mile on the right. This is the southern side of the property. There will most likely be some wash-boarding on these roads.
