From Kingman go North on Stockton Hill Rd. A little past Mile Marker 10, turn Right onto Jane Ave (CR 720) a county-maintained dirt road, Travel on Jane for approx 3/4 of a mile and turn Left onto Parker Street (CR 1532). Travel approx 1/2 mile on Parker and turn Right onto Ruthe Ave (CR 7045). Travel approx 1/2 mile on Ruthe to Cherum Rd. Go straight across Cherum and travel on the unmaintained rough extension of Ruthe for about 1/10 of a mile. At the end, turn Left with the road onto Sunward; the property is the second one on the Right, directly across the road from the house on the left. The road turns onto the property. Be aware Google Maps labels some roads incorrectly.
