The property may be accessed using a timberland/oilfield gravel road running northwesterly from US-Hwy 63 for over three miles using Cypress Creek Field RD and then south using a gated oilfield road. (Gate is open.) The timber is a stand of natural, uneven-aged pine that is mostly mature sawtimber. The topography rolling with mostly sandy loam soils that make for a very well-drained property. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils have a weighted average soil site index of 90.0 feet for loblolly pine (base age 50 years).
