Small central Maine town of about 250 residents, where people go to vacation. This is a 960 sqft house/camp in Wellington. There's a lake a mile, or so, down the (town maintained) dirt road that the property is on, which is also an ATV trail, about 125 feet from the house. Cheap taxes (seller notes 691 with homestead exemption in 2025). Not perfect. Part of the porch needs some rebuilding, but part of it is still in use.
