We had Parker Oil check for UST, and they advised it was icy and would need to revisit the site to see if there were UST, they noted a fill port for a tank ands tuck a stick in, and they noted there was no cap on the port so the tank is open to the elements and they hit something hard only a few inches into the port. This could mean that tank was full of water and frozen , or it could mean that someone possibly abated tank with concrete at some point.. They will need to recheck for UST. The electricity is Dominion . There is no tenant in the building. Condition of the HP is unknown and will need to be checked. This could be a great location for a business.
