Tract A offers 158± acres of productive ranch land near Temple in Cotton County, Oklahoma. Located at 192035 N S County Road 2690, Temple, OK 73568, the property features a combination of native and improved pasture, established agricultural improvements, dependable livestock water and convenient access along both State Highway 5 and County Road N2690.

The tract includes approximately one-half mile of frontage along State Highway 5, with additional county road frontage along the eastern boundary. Online Equipment and Personal Property Auction: Equipment and personal property from the estate will be offered through a separate online-only auction running from August 4 through August 18, 2026, with bidding closing at 6:00 PM Central on August 18. This auction is separate from the live land auction.
