The Great Satilla Preserve provides landowners approximately 2,500 acres alongside 5.5 miles of river frontage on the Satilla River. There are forty-five secluded lots, home sites are platted, all between 5 and 20 acres. All owners are equal members in the Great Satilla Preserve Property Owner's Association which administers the Preserve and it's amenities. Owners share in common a small community area with quest cabins, stables and hunting areas in addition to nearly 2100 acres held in conservation easement. There is riverfront walking, horseback riding, ATV trails and boat landings.
