From the Polo intersection of Hwy 116 and Hwy 13 head south on Highway 13 for 1 mile to SE State Highway V. Turn east on SE State Highway V and go approximate 2 miles. Land will be on south side of highway beginning at SE Steinberg Road.
Tract 6: Corner of SW Saler Drive and SW Simental Road (GPS 39.57632277334723, -94.06698462495054)
From the Polo intersection of Hwy 116 and Hwy 13 head west on Hwy 116 for 1.2 miles to SW Holstein Road. Turn north on SW Holstein Road and follow for .7 miles until you come to SW Simental Road. Turn north on SW Simental Road and go 1 mile, land will be on northwest corner of SW Simental Road and SW Saler Drive.
