The package includes 4 lots - 2310, 2312, 2314, & 2316 Youngs Dr. All the engineering work, home design has been done including the drainfield design(no approval from the county yet). All you have to do is get the approval from the county and start building. Seller was going to build himself but had to get involved with another project that will take most of his time. Please refer to the documents and pictures for site plans etc. You can build two homes on these four lots with a shared driveway(according to the engineer's suggestion).
