1 bedroom one bath Cabin located 5 miles from Fillmore Utah on a 2.5 acre lot surrounded by BLM and National Forrest land. Only 7 cabins in the 14 lot subdivision. LLC/HOA dues $250 per year. Dues are used to maintain the road through the center of the properties, and the water line from the spring (water rights owned by our HOA) is about 3 miles from our subdivision located on National Forrest land. Spring water enters a 2,500 cistern at the top or the sub division. We also have a 550 gallon water tank, in a small shed located on our property, and a smaller water tank in the cabin loft. Both the small and large water tanks feed the cabin with pressure pumps. Cabin if framed with 2'x6' walls, BCI joist in floor and loft.
