Well-equipped 4-house pullet farm situated on approximately 6 acres, offering an excellent opportunity for an existing poultry grower or someone looking to expand their agricultural operation. The farm features four poultry houses, including two 45' x 460' houses built in 2006 and two 45' x 480' houses built in 2014. All houses are equipped with Cumberland equipment, Cumberland Pro Vision control computers, and Lubing drinker systems. Two houses have all-curtain sides, while the other two offer one solid sidewall and one curtain side. Additional improvements include two generators and two incinerators. Water is supplied by rural water service and two on-site wells. Buyer will be responsible for obtaining an integrator contract. A great opportunity to acquire an established poultry facility with substantial infrastructure already in place.
