Take US24W from Colorado Springs - go through Woodland Park, Divide, Florissant, Lake George then over Wilkerson Pass and on to Hartsel. On the east side of Hartsel turn left on Colorado-9 and immediately turn left on CR-59 to the real estate sign and property on the left behind Twin Creek Realty.
