Cornelison Auctions # 5533 is excited to team up with my friend Ken Garner of Garner Auctions in Athens, Alabama, to handle the retirement auction for the Ziegler brothers, owners of Midway Machines.
We’ll sell the screw machines and other large machinery online. The smaller items and the real estate will sell live on-site on December 12.
Tract 1 – Machine Shop, Office & Welding Shop
A 2,400-square-foot machine shop, a 600-square-foot office and a 1,600-square-foot welding shop. All three spaces are heated and cooled, for a combined 4,600 square feet.
Tract 2 – Storage Building & Shed
A 2,400-square-foot storage building with a concrete floor, plus a 40-by-40-foot shed with another 1,600 square feet.
Tract 3 – Land with a Pond
Approximately 2 acres +/- with a pond and a potential building spot. Final acreage will be determined by survey.
