It is in the city limits of Earl. The seller of the property is keeping a portion behind her home out of the one parcel and is discussing that with a surveyor. The singlewide on the property is to be moved prior to closing. We do not know if there is a minimum square footage required for a home as we have not been able to find restrictions if any as of yet.
