This area is known for short warm dry summers, with the occasional rain shower in the afternoon. The hottest month is July, with an average high of 88 degrees. The growing season is Mid-May to Mid-September. Winters are wet and cold, making them perfect for snow-filled activities.

Casper is conveniently location in the middle of Wyoming with an easy drive north of Denver, Colorado, on Interstate 25 or a scenic drive south of Billings, Montana.
