Directions
Directions from Wolcott
From I-70 Exit 157 (Wolcott), head north on Highway 131 toward McCoy. Continue on Highway 131 for approximately 20 miles. Just before McCoy, turn left onto Colorado River Road (CR 301) and continue to Catamount Creek Road. Follow Catamount Creek Road to 2900 Catamount Creek Road.
Important: GPS is slightly incorrect at the end.
After turning onto Catamount Creek Road, you will pass two ranch entrances marked “Double C Ranch.”
DO NOT turn at the second Double C Ranch entrance, even if your GPS tells you to.
Continue past that entrance for two additional driveways.
Look for the address post marked “2900.”
You will also see a Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties Global Luxury sign at the entrance.
Turn there and continue up the private driveway to the residence.
