The poultry houses are equipped with Rotem controllers linked with a communicator. All houses have Lubing drinkers, and double belt nest boxes. Two houses have Valco nest boxes and feed systems. The Valco systems utilizes a slide weight for measuring feed, and the other two are equipped with Big Dutchmen nest boxes and feed systems. The big dutchmen feed systems use a digital bin trac system for feed measurement. The farm has four water wells that supply plenty water for the entire operation.

The egg collection system is a conveyor linked to all four houses going to a Prinzen Pro egg packer. All egg tables can be controlled from the operator position at the packer. The entire farm is setup for a two-person operation. The farm has two generators, two tractors with loaders, 8' grademaster road grader, and a slat mover that attaches to a skid steer. Also, will be included is a reliable list of service venders such as an electrician, slat mover, litter handler, local equipment vendor with on call service technician, and generator serviceman.

Additional to the poultry operation is a two-bedroom cabin and pond, a 40'x40' compost shed, a 72'x60' pole barn for hay storage and covered horse riding arena, three pastures with automatic water troughs, and the pastures can sustain 20 pairs for addition income.
