There is no parking along 4th of July Road and no direct access to property. This is hike-in only access from the 4th of July trailhead. Parking is first come first serve basis at the 4th of July trailhead and is controlled by the Forest Service. Early morning and late evening showings highly encouraged to ensure you get parking. There is no phone service or signage at the property. Using OnX and downloading map area before heading up is highly recommended to ensure you see the property lines. You must ensure you do not trespass on private land.
