From Asheville, Take I-240 E, US-25A S/Sweeten Creek Rd, left on Mills Gap Rd go 4.9 miles to left on to Burney Mountain Rd., and turn left onto Hoopers Creek Rd, Hoopers Creek turns right and turns into N Bearwallow Rd. Go 3.1 miles and turn left onto Bearwallow Mountain Rd. Go 1.8 miles to the entrance to Grand Highlands, the gate will be on the left. Go through the gate onto Grand Highlands Drive, turn right onto Summerset Drive, #416 will be at the end on the right, lot #83. DO NOT TAKE 74-A through Gerton up the back side of Bewarwallow Mountain Road, GPS will try and tell you its the fastest way, but it is a single lane gravel road that is not an ideal route and often this section of road is closed.
