Ventilation improvements include newer 36-inch Acme fans installed in Houses 1–3 approximately two years ago, along with 11 to 12 Acme 48-inch fans per house. House 4 is equipped with fourteen 52-inch fans, one 48-inch fan, and three 36-inch fans. Cool-cell pumps have also been replaced within approximately the past two year.

Additional improvements include new backflow preventers, auger lines replaced when the feed bins serving Houses 1–2 and 3–4 were installed or relocated approximately four years ago, and all breakers in the electrical panels for Houses 1–3 replaced approximately five years ago.
