The operating tasting room features white oak walls, vaulted ceilings, two oak tasting bars, a brick oven pizza kitchen, and an attached two-bedroom apartment with front and rear decks. A 3,200-square-foot two-compartment cold-storage cellar, public water, expanded septic capacity, 21kW solar installation, 24kW Generac generator, and 277/480V three-phase commercial electric service create rare operational flexibility, while zoning and infrastructure support a wide range of income-producing commercial, agricultural, hospitality, and energy uses.
