Park and then follow a 25' easement/driveway/sand trail that runs along the western property line of 5035 Kirkwood Trail until you reach the east-west running bamboo tree line. Follow to the right, this parallels the bamboo with the canal on the north (left) and the spring-fed lake on your right. Approximate total foot distance to the beginning of the lot is 720'. Note, heels are not recommend across the grass and sandy trail. Once you are on the lot, the best way to explore is hug the lake to the right until you reach the neighbors fence then walk away from the lake towards the next fence, make a left and walk north approximately 700'. The north boundary of property line is difficult to discern as the wooden posts have deteriorated. Head West back towards the canal then southwest to the property entrance, keeping the canal on your right.
