Hwy 25N towards Eldorado, exit 290 onto Hwy 285 going south past Eldorado, crest the Lamy hill and cross railroad tracks, turn right just past marker #285 onto Astral Valley Road (Big "Galisteo Basin Preserve" sign at entry). Astral Valley Road winds around and turns into Rubedo which turns into Morning Star Ridge, all about 1 mile to the Southern Crescent Road and stone marker. Turn left at Southern Crescent to see LOT 12 (on the righthand side). Be sure to look at Lot 12 (do not go by the address number of "54" Southern Crescent except for your GPS). There is a SW Property Pros, Inc., sign next to the Lot 12 post, which is near the SE corner of the lot. There is a lot of road frontage and a post at the SW corner, as well.
