Dune Valley Farms distributed to a variety of marijuana dispensaries throughout Colorado. The subject operated under a Tier-2 cultivation license allowing 3,600 plants. The property consists of five buildings including two light industrial office warehouses and three FarmTek greenhouses, all utilized for cultivating indoor recreational marijuana. The newly built warehouse is for post-production, which involves a harvest room, three drying rooms, trim room, offices, storage and restroom. This building is of similar size and construction as the first warehouse, each containing 4,800 square feet for a total of 9,600 sq. ft. The first wood pole and metal wall warehouse building was constructed in 2016 at 4,800 sq. ft. and is now primarily used for vegetation, flower and curing.
