Buyer Due Diligence: Buyer is responsible for conducting any additional due diligence desired or required, including but not limited to surveying, soil/site evaluations, septic testing/permitting, environmental testing, inspections, land clearing, driveway/site preparation, utility connections, and determining the suitability of the property for Buyer’s intended use. Taxes: Property taxes will be handled/adjusted at closing through the closing attorney. We will be using a North Carolina real estate attorney to handle the closing, title work, deed preparation, and necessary closing documents.
