From Leadville, head south out of town on Hwy 24,
Turn left onto Co Rd 10/Co Rd 7 towards Weston Pass,
Turn left onto Empire Valley Drive, go through the gate, leaving it how you found it,
Continue for 5.6 miles along Empire Valley Drive, passing a gate and leaving it how you found it,
The road will weave through Beaver Lakes Estates.
At the end of the road, continue straight and onto Gabbro Circle. Road will Y, stay right.
Take first right, heading south, crossing over the river.
Continue up Gabbro Circle, through a patch of rough, washed out road, then into the meadow. Turn left in the meadow onto Forest Rd 111 Dry Union, heading north, following the signs for the Yurts.
