Little Beaver Estates borders the Oak Ridge State Wildlife Area, some of the best elk and deer hunting in northwest Colorado.

Eight miles east of Meeker off of County Road 6. Twenty one 35 acre parcels of rolling hills which are currently farm land. The developer built a private road through the estates providing access to the lots on either side of the road. A septic system will need to be installed for domestic sewage on each parcel.

This parcel has an undeveloped spring on it, which in normal years fills a pond for stock watering.

Directions

Follow Highway 13 heading east out of Meeker a short distance, turn right onto County Road 8, 3 miles up 8 turn left onto County Road 6, 3 miles up 6 is the entrance into Little Beaver Estates on the right, a graveled road.

Parcel #7 is approximately 1/2 mile from the entrance on the left.
