Lot 49, Unit 5, California Valley, as per Record of Survey recorded in Book 10 of Records of Survey, Page 85, Records of said County, together with a nonexclusive easement for ingress and egress over, along, and across the streets as referred to and shown on all presently recorded Records of Survey of units of California Valley.
