From my office take Hwy 30 to Hwy 101 then to Bellview Road/Lantana, turn right onto Big Spring Gap Rd. then bare to the right to go onto Beaver Hill Road. left onto Beecher & Eunice Smith Road the 19+/- acres is on the right with the pond, the sign for this parcel is in the woods towards the end of the road. But the easement through the other parcel at the top of the hill will take you through the woods into the smaller pasture. The property is on the right when the woods start.
