Take US285 south one mile from Fairplay to a left on CO-9, go 17 miles towards Hartsel to a left turn on US24E, go through Hartsel to a right turn to stay on CO-9 going towards Canon City, stay on CO-9 7.5 miles to a right turn on Comanche Trail, curve right onto Buffalo Drive, then left back onto Comanche Trail to the next left onto Cahokia Rd, then turn right on Downey Rd, right on Black Beaver Rd, go about .4 of a mile to a left on Black Bear Rd (no road sign) then 1.2 miles to the real estate sign on the property on the right.
