Gouldman's Tract is located in King and Queen County near Beazley. The property is 148 acres by county records, and 159 acres by GSI. You will notice that the 159 acre area is used in the attached stewardship plan. 140 acres is in a loblolly pine stand established in 2017. The remaining 19 acres has been left as a buffer for wetlands on the tract and consist mostly of mature hardwoods. There is a deeded right-of-way from the property to Bradley Farm Road but, a road has never been constructed. The other right-of-way, as shown on the attached maps, comes in at Beazley and is the access that has been used. This is property is located 30 minutes from Tappahannock and 1 hour from Richmond. This is a good timberland investment and a wonderful hunting get away.
