This property is located behind an older Victorian house right before you reach the subdivision called Eureka\s Best View. Berryville Avenue was formerly used but has not been used for access in years. Best way to walk in to view property is to locate the power lines and walk under them, past older Victorian house. Berryville Avenue is 40 feet wide and has not been closed by the city.
