Craig provides the nearest grocery stores, hardware stores, restaurants, local businesses, and hospital which are located 30 minutes northeast of the ranch. By continuing south on County Road 17, Meeker is approximately 45 minutes away. Vernal, UT is located just under 2 hours to the west of the property and offers many different amenities. Yampa Valley Regional Airport provides commercial flights and is located in Hayden, CO which is just under 1 hour to the east of the ranch.
