In the meantime, you can haul water from the water depot in Whetstone, which runs $25 per 1,000 gallons the last I checked. The water depot is six miles away.
Power is extremely close, as seen in the photos. Power goes over the property with an endpoint right across the road. The power company is Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Coop.
