There's an outdoor shower and outhouse for convenience. You can also board horses in the unused stalls and create your own income! The Santa Margarita River Preserve is just 3 minutes away with renowned trails for horseback riding, hiking, or mountain biking. For gardeners, there's a large, organic garden area with greenhouse and garden shed, plus fruit trees.
